By using the Canterburg Stables website or booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

• Canterburg Stables offers kids’ parties, farm events, accommodation, and farm visits.

• Services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings must be confirmed with payment where applicable.

• Payments can be made via EFT, card, or other approved methods.

• Any cancellations or changes must be communicated at least [insert time, e.g., 7 days] before the event.

3. Children & Safety

• Children must be supervised by their parents or guardians at all times.

• Ponies are only available for kids’ parties and are handled under supervision.

• Canterburg Stables is not responsible for accidents if safety instructions are not followed.

4. Accommodation

• Accommodation bookings are for the specified period only.

• Guests must respect property rules and care for the premises.

• Canterburg Stables reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

5. Farm Events & Catering

• Events can be customized, including catering options.

• Any additional requests must be agreed upon in advance.

6. Liability

• Canterburg Stables is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during visits or events, except where required by law.

• Visitors assume responsibility for their own actions and safety.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Canterburg Stables and cannot be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

• Canterburg Stables may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
